Trump Will Be Sued

Trump has a lot of things to worry about when he leaves office. New York wants to prosecute him and his children for state tax fraud and other types of fraud. Foreign banks want him to pay his debts. Now he can add being sued for defamation or even negligent deaths to the list. I’d like to see the high courts weigh in whether a president is immune from lawsuits after he leaves office.
